Just finished a great week making a record for Decca with Sinfonye, an early music group run by the brilliant composer and musician Stevie Wishart. I've had the pleasure to work with her for many years, but had a big gap so it was great to be back in the Hildegard saddle again!! It was both an honour and full on musical roast up to for me to be working with such accomplished singers (The Voice Trio, Vivien Ellis, Jocelyn West), and industry heavyweights: producers, Guy Sigsworth and engineer Tony Faulkener. I'll post more about the results soon...

An evening of evasion and discovery.... 

So there's not long to go now before the Leeds Launch Gig at Seven Arts in Leeds.  It'll be really good to play for a home crowd and we hope to see lots of old and new faces down there. 

The brillian Helen Watson Trio http://helenwatson.net will be sharing the night with us again.

A gig at Pegasus Theatre, Oxford tonight will mark the release of my solo album, ‘Lost and Found’.  It will be available to purchase or download from bandcamp.com, and a further launch gig in Leeds is coming up on 1st July (see here for more info).  So many thanks are due to all the people who made this album possible – it has been a great journey and massive learning curve.
